Personal Sessions

The sessions are packaged in a 6 week program to support behavior change. We discover 1 practice and incorporate into your lifestyle. We refine the practice before celebrating the accomplishments towards mental wellness. There are a number of modalities, and we will find the best fit within the first 2 sessions.

Quick Connect is great for those working with a developed practice, looking for an advancement. This can be spurred from a group event, introductory workbooks, or a practice in our wheelhouse. Sessions are 30 minutes, and available in any format that works for you.
